Amélie & Anne-Sophie are the olfactory duo behind the first 5 musical fragrances of the Orchestre Parfum in 2017. They are known for their singular and hyper-expressive approach to olfactory composition.
It has been an honour to collaborate with them since the birth of the Orchestre Parfum.
Cheikh Diallo
Cheikh was born in Senegal into a family of musicians. He obtained two diplomas, a Medal in music theory and a First Prize in piano. Cheikh participates in the creation of many albums and performs all over the world in various and prestigious projects on the kora and piano. He was seen on stage alongside electro and jazz musicians and with Aziz Sahmaoui in University of Gnawa.

„I am a perfumer and musician at the same time. My most intense memories were marked by the dialogue between these two arts. These unique moments where music and perfume create a perfect harmony. I invented L´ORCHESTRE PARFUM to revive these emotions and share them.” ´Wear a song, listen to a perfume´, this is his main idea.
Pierre have visited many luthiers ateliers and worked with the finest French craftmen to understand and feel the scent of musical instruments: essences of guitar wood, trombone brass, kora leather…
Then Anne-Sophia Behaghel and Amelia Bourgeois combined these essences with the most beautiful perfume notes: néroli, rose, spices… So five splendid parfums came into existence. Then, five talented musicians took the time and care to compose an original song for each perfume. Five luxury fragrances performed in music by five virtuosos of all horizons.
„Our perfumes are designed in Paris and made in Grasse from a 100 % natural alcohol. All our formulas are 100 % vegan and more than 80 % made up of natural and vegetal ingredients. Each bottle has been manually lacquered by a French artisan”, says founder of the brand. External packaging is FSC certified guaranteeing sustainable forest management.
Pierre considers perfume creating as an art and believe that the arts must interact together to create new emotions. And he appreciates cooperation of the whole team making every effort possible to achieve the desired result. „I would like to thank to all for their extraordinary talent and effort.
