Its name refers to L.A.V.S. (Laboratorio Atelier Vesti Sacre), Sorcinelli's atelier, where liturgical vestments are crafted for senior figures of the Catholic Church. Filippo Sorcinelli is an Italian artist, perfumer, organist, and the founder of the eponymous niche fragrance house. Born in the Marche region of Italy, he has pursued a career at the intersection of art, music, and spirituality from its very beginning.
